orange overhauls it's business mobile phone bundles for smes
Orange has revealed a range of improvments for its small and medium business customers that include unlimited landline calls to their chosen phone number. The revamps are on Business Solo, Business Sense and Business SIM-only tariffs.
Martin Lyne who is director of SMB operations at Orange in the UK said, "SMBs have a close group of regular contacts, including suppliers, colleagues and customers, who are a vital part of their day-to-day business”.
Customers signing up to Business Sense will get unlimited Orange to Orange calls and unlimited calls to 10 of their chosen landline numbers. This is in addition to a massive 1000 texts and 1000 international minutes.
Business customers also have the option of a 18 or 24 month contract with the Orange Business Solo Plan. This option provides more minutes and they can also add on unlimited email with the Blackberry Internet Service or have unlimited landline calls as an added bonus.
Buying direct from Orange entitles customers to an extra 200 texts per month and there are savings to be made by committing to the longer-term contracts with an extra 50% of extra bundle minutes available.
Orange Business SIM Only is a 30 day contract where by businesses can use their existing handset or unlocked version with just a sim only, hence the name. This provides more flexibility for customers as well as providing more value for money too. The Orange Business SIM Only also has an increase in minutes, in addition to unlimited Orange to Orange calls and unlimited calls to 5 nominated numbers.
In addition to these great tariffs, Orange offers a replacement service for handsets that are not working or faulty. This is available on Business Sense and Business Solo and provides customers with a replacement handset within 24 hours.
