O2 Money Cash Manager - Stay in control of your cash
O2 have stepped into the pre-paid debit card market with the introduction of the O2 cash manager VISA card and Load and GO. Their ad campaign for their new personal finance product went live last Thursday so you may have already seen the adverts on TV, online and in the press.
The O2 money card is allows customers to top up cash onto the card and use it almost anywhere. There are over 20,000 locations where the cash cards can be topped up including O2 shops, Pay Point and e-Pay points. What's really cool is that when you top up you get a real-time update text to your mobile phone. So, whether you top up or spend money, you'll be sent a text letting you know how much you have on your card.
The O2 money card are exlusive to O2 customers and is free to get and use for payments within the UK. O2 pay as you go customers can also use it as a way to top up their mobile phones. With the card being powered by Natwest, customers can also be assured that they are getting a good service from a banking specialist.
There are two O2 Money cards available that you can choose from. The O2 Cash Manager card and the O2 Load & Go. With the Cash Manager you can load up to 10000 and 1800 on the Load and GO. You can only load money onto a Cash Manager card online with a UK debit card. With Load & Go, you can load money online, or you can add cash onto your card at O2 shops, any independent retailer or anywhere that display either the PayPoint or e-pay signs.
